I took a look at the PC games Atari was selling digitally on their website (http://www.atari.com/game-search/platform/pc-download) There were quite a few "good old games" available for purchase from them including (but not all):
-
Independence War 2
Act of War: Direct Action
Total Annihilation
RollerCoaster Tycoon
Master of Orion 3
B-17 Flying Fortress: The Mighty 8th
Neverwinter Nights 2: Gold
-
Maybe these could come onto Gog at some point, seeing as they are selling them directly online themselves.
I didn't check all of the ones you listed, however some do seem to have price points of $9.99 (such as Total Annihilation). I would say that those games have a decent chance of showing up soon. However, others (Such as NWN2 and MoO3) have price points of $19.99, which indicates they may take a little longer to appear at GOG.
With the exception of Neverwinter Nights 2 (the D&D license is currently in legal hell), there is no real reason any of those games can't eventually come to GOG, unless Atari doesn't want to bring them here.
They're selling MoO3 for $19.99? I picked it up in a bargain bin well over a year ago for 2 bucks.
I would like to see Test Drive: Unlimited and I know a lot of people would be happy to see Chronicles of Riddick DRM free. Don't know if they would be old enough yet though.
Other ideas:
Alone in the Dark 1,2 &3
Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophesy
V Rally 3
Discworld Noir
Imperium Galactica

Delixe: Discworld Noir
Imperium Galactica

+1.
Actually, I've never played either of them, but I loved IG2, and I've always wanted to play Discworld Noir, but I think it's impossible to run on Vista64 (which is what I'm on atm).

Atari wants to bring everything here, I can feel it in my bones.

Yeah, I was rather amazed that they were asking $20 for MoO3. Even disregarding any qualitity concerns, the game is over 7 years old now. Two bucks is probably a reasonable asking price given all the bad press and the age of the game. :P
Yeah, I figured for two bucks, I couldn't go wrong. Game is actually okay if you install some of the community-made mods (although I've not gotten around to playing it very much). But the box actually came with a big, beefy manual like games used to have. Worth the two bucks for that alone, IMO. :)

YES. Butcher Bay came out around 2004/2005, so I would guess it's old enough for GOG (hell, we have/had CMR 2005 here) and besides it's still the only good Riddick game.
