Dunno if this has already been mentioned, had a look and couldn't find anything, so reckon it hasn't, but there is apparently a comic for Portal 2 being made, only found out about it today and the second part is due up sometime today, but the first part can be found here:

It's supposed to bridge the story between the two games.
