Was it released before year 2000? According to GOG... Not quite

Is it a strategy game? Yes

Is there a board game version of this game? I Googled and couldn't find it. I don't know

Don't have much of a choice anyway... so far: not an RPG, not an adventure, not sold at USD9.99, has action, has turn-based, first game in the series, not prior to 2000...

Is Gorky 17 any good? I have it in my wishlist, but the gamespot review of it was not too kind, and so I am not sure it is a good game.

It's Age of Wonders. Thats the first game I bought on GOG and the reason I decided to give away a game today. Posted as my top 5 games "to get" somewhere here on GOG sometime last week or more.

Again Zenphic gets the point(s). This time it was a round two answer which yeilds 2 points. That brings Zen's UNCONTESTED points to 6!

Collins has 1 uncontested point.

At this point everyone elses points are contested such that if they earn points, then Zenphic and KoCollins must be given additional points for precisly answering question 1.
