I know virtual NES has had legal battles and lost, apparently they're only legally allowed to post games they have physical copies of

Just tried the second link and the first game I played (head over heels) is stuck with infinite lives.
No matter how many time you die you never lose a life. Shame
Otherwise an interesting couple of sites.
