Not a question since there is still a problem with the PaySafeCard option which GoG has acknowledged but I still want to vent a bit.

So I bought 50€ PSC in order to purchase Aarklash: Legacy, Divinity: Dragon Commander and Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition when they were in sale for 45-47$ in total. But I couldn't buy them since there was/is a problem that prevents using PSC. And now that the sales have ended they would cost 71-72$. Sure there will be another sale but I have 50€ PSC waiting here to be used. (If I remember correctly, the money can be drawn as cash from the supplier that sells them so there is that).

I waited for a long time for PSC support for GoG but once I found out it was now available (which was during this month) I'm left really disappointed to find it not working.
Why it doesn't work for you? Any errors? Did you try contact support?
Paysafecard worked great for me. Have spent 25 Euro with it during the sale. Could you explain what the "acknowledeg problem" is?
After you select PaySafeCard as payment method and click Process Order Now button I'm getting error with

"Your payment's status could not be verified due to temporary technical issues.
What happens now?
-If the payment was successful, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us.
-If you don't receive this e-mail within an hour, please try to make the payment again, at your convenience."

This message is useless since I can't even use the PaySafeCard code at any point.
I wonder if it fails because I live in Finland?

And yes, I have contacted support and they are aware of the issue with the reply I got.

EDIT: Another error message is poped up when I try to reload or open the error page in a new tab/window.

"Your Paysafecard payment could not be processed.

What should I do now?

-Use a different payment source, if possible, like a credit card, or PayPal.
-Try again, in case the issue resulted from temporary technical difficulties on Paysafecard's end.
-If you tried to use several Paysafecards for this order, try using just one, if that's possible.

I can't use a different payment source, what now?

-Please contact Support for assistance."

Support Overlord:
"To clarify, the countries affected, that we know of, are Canada, Croatia, Finland and Mexico. The underlying issue for each country is different, which makes the matter all the more complicated.

We'll have this sorted as quickly as is humanly possible, and will either have these problems fixed, or make it clear on the checkout screen that paysafecard is absolutely not supported."

So yes Finland is affected, And EmJayJay I understand completely your disappointment

Woah. I'm in Canada and was thinking of getting a PaySafeCard, now I know to wait until the problem has been sorted out. GOG should state on the checkout area or somewhere else that these listed countries are affected by some problem with PaySafeCard. :o
Anyone tried to contact the paysafecard helpdesk?
I looked on their Hp, but they make no notice of any problem, yet they might be able to have a clear answer on this matter.
