No work places,many people commits suicide because they have no money to pay bills or simply buy foods,school system is broken and our politicians steals our money every day,going with underaged prostitues and the "law" do nothing to stop this.

A lot of countries are like this today. :( Italians are not as sheep like as the other peoples living in other such countries though. And that is why you see the police having to fight angry people, I believe. Crazy shit in that video though. It looks like a Medieval 2 Total War battle. I just noticed, the people against the police were using the Roman Testudo formation.

That is awesome, I thought the crowd would overrun that small police line, though, that's not nearly enough police, billy clubs or not.

Well the police were better equipped, more disciplined and better trained.

Holy crap, i gotta show this to the whiny bunch over here, calling police brutality over the Independence Day 'riots'.

They were, but there were at least 3-4 protestors for every one of them, if even 2/3 of them had just dog piled the cops it would have been the police line that broke.

Of course the next step may have been unpleasant, rubber bullets or something, not sure what they do over there.

In Brazil yes. They do more than that. Our police has the greatest title of the biggest murderer in the world (proportionality). Though, criminals and mafia gangs are ordering policeman assassinations in a "counter-attack". The shit will just scale more and more.

The fact is:I do not post that video to show the cops as evil.
In Italy the whole country is going hell,because thare are too many bad things on too many sides.
And Police didn't help us a bittle,they only serve government,ignoring common people.
We ask only one thing:a future.The possibility to work and eat every day,to make a family and give our children food.But no,because our government STEAL US money,making vacations or paying prostitutes or buiyng 50 houses (yes,it's true,a politician bought 56 houses) raising the bills everytime they want.It's not a life,it's a nightmare.

Not really, but I'll bet his swing is off with that many people dog piling, no leverage means it won't really hurt, in fact, a fist would hurt more at that point.
