I tried downloading Flatout twice the other day, and both times it was corrupted. On my desktop now, I have a file "Flatout_part0.gogdownload", and anytime I delete it, it seems to come back!
How do I get rid of this, and why isn't the downloader working?

From what I interpret, I think a reboot should fix the problem, or ending the downloader in the task manager.
