so is this thing still working or am I too late to the party? I have nothing in my email
So I haven't found a game on Origin that will allow me to use this coupon code. Anyone have a recommendation?

HorribleHarry: Anyone 'worried' that Origin is pulling an Onlive? This just seems almost like the situation, their giving out free games at a totally random point in time.
They did something similar last year. They actually gave away one of three specific games, though.
I found a game. I got The Saboteur for free. Kinda cool as I've never played it before but I've heard good things. I like open worlds.
i can even connect to origin ok almost there but its going so slow

ok got Bulletstorm thanks for the info!!!!!!

mondo84: Are these purchases going to hold up? I would imagine EA will reverse any transactions with more than one game, and check IP addresses as well.
Even if they do revoke the serials on an account there are many games that don't even require or need origin installed nor running to still use if they are downloaded. It's not like Steam that every single game requires the client to be installed and running.

Hm.But I guess even pirating those games will be safer than over exploiting this. They certainly won't be happy seeing those accounts with multiple $0 order. Plus once they revoke your serials, the game is no different than a pirated version. The only advantage might be that it is a little bit less unethical, since EA does make it very easy to be exploited.
Got a Dark Spore, quite happy. trying to convince myself not to exploit it, though kinda tempted by the Spore expansion pack.

Found out about this on another site and got Burnout Paradise: Ultimate Box.

Pretty fun racer.
Apparently I had an old EA acct as Origin said my email was already linked, so I don't feel bad about getting a free game.

I've never played the Mass Effect games and was thinking of getting one. Whatever I get I won't be playing for some time. Should I get 2 and hope that 1 will be cheaper when I get around to playing, or should I just get 1 and be done with it? Anybody know what Pinnacle Station DLC for ME is? Seems I can't get both 1 + PS for the free $20.
I haven't used Origin officially, I haven't launched a game on it. I mean I have an account, and I have exactly two games on Origin (both Dragon Age games) but I don't use Origin for my digital downloads. Heck I don't even really use Steam, the most popular PC digital store. Why don't I? Because they're inconvenient. Be aware I love Steam, but I don't wanna go to a Gamestop all the way up in cities that would take about 2-3 hours to walk to, and buy a Steam Wallet Card. I will eventually for Steam exclusives or Steamplay games, but that's it. I use Gamestop's App or Impulse if you prefer. I've bought like 5 games from it, 3 of which I was able to redeem on other services. Which is pretty cool. I'm gonna get The Witcher soon through Gamestop and I'm excited. But haha I think Origin is all right for the app itself, except I tried getting Battleforge (free game) but Origin wouldn't let me "Purchase" it. I hate free to play so much. LOL
how the hell do you sign up for the email?

I use Origin but have never gotten shit from them.

Honestly I wouldn't worry about Pinnacle Station, it is regarded as the worst DLC by the fans as it's only a selection of time trials and horde modes, it does give some extra EXP but nothing from it carries over into ME2 or ME3.

I have heard it will be included for free in the upcoming Mass Effect Trilogy PC set so it may be worth waiting to check that out.

Also if you do get it save it for near end game since any weapons you get are based on your level so if you want high end weapons from it wait until level 45 and up.

BlueMooner: ...
Play them in order. It's a heavily story-driven series that lets you import saves between games, no point starting with ME2.

edit: just noticed you won't be playing them anytime soon. They tend to be pretty cheap during Christmas sales on Amazon or Steam, I've got them for 5€ each.
