KavazovAngel: No idea about that, tbh. But the combination of EAC, Mp3tag, LAME, and FLAC works perfectly. :p

orcishgamer: I use this locally, though I've never found a place to buy FLAC online, only have them from my physical albums which I don't buy anymore unless I'm at a concert (in which case I'll always pick up a tshirt and whatever album I don't have).

EDIT: The guy who wrote EAC is a freaking hero.
Some artists offer FLAC downloads of their albums - mostly indie artists via sites like Bandcamp, but some mainstream artists like Thomas Dolby sell their stuff in FLAC. I use a program called "The Godfather" to fix the tags on my MP3s and FLACs, but the author hasn't updated the program in years. :(

Anyway, I guarantee that site got all the games off one of the dozens of "classic DOS game" torrents that seem to repeat the stuff another guy torrented a month earlier.

Try Mp3tag. It reads many audio formats, not only MP3.
