Dzsono: Gearbox Software and Borderlands?
They made Half Life expansions and Brothers in Arms before Borderlands so bad example. Also, Borderlands 2. :P

Aside from King of Dragon Pass and Outcast developers I can't think of much because if a developer only made one game I can't really think of them, lol. Like Realms of the Haunting (I loved the game but can't think of the developer so I need to check).

There are some developers I liked that only made a few games (Clover Studios and Quest).

edit: That's right Gremlin, and they a made a good number of games but most of them weren't really hits. (Hell I'm not even sure RotH was, I never heard of it before GOG lol)

I'm going with that guy who made Cortex Command but that is cheating really because he was 11 years making it in his spare time and it is his only game so far.
I'd say Mojang are also on the cards for a repeat of this but then it is hardly their fault that Minecraft became so huge, I doubt many could make a bigger hit after that.
What ever happened to those Angry Birds people?

Rovio? Still going strong. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rovio_Entertainment

re. Mojang. need to wait and see if they are a one-hit wonder. Lets see how well Scrolls and 0x10c will do.

Well I meant with Mojang that they will never really top Minecraft. It will always be there biggest hit and I think Scrolls and 0x10c will be a lot more niche games.

Randalator: Harvey Smith was the Lead Designer on Deus Ex, Spector was credited (as usual) as Producer and Project Director despite Deus Ex being his brainchild. He filled the same role during the development of System Shock, so that either leaves him with at least two legendary games on his record or none at all.

Either way: no one hit wonder.
I agree to disagree - Deus Ex is the only hit game of his that he is known for. I don't care if he made stickers for other games or even instructed others on how to do certain things.
