Hi,

I have bought Neverwinter Nights and expansions back when it came out.
I was wondering if I can somehow add it's gamekeys to GOG in order to download and install it, as my current laptop has a faulty optical drive.
The short answer is: you can't.

If you have the original CDs/DVDs but your optical drive is not working, why not ask a friend to copy them on a USB stick for you? The latest version of NWN doesn't have a CD check so you should be good to go.
As said get a friend to copy the CD/DVD into an Image file, then use a Virtual dvd drive app like daemon tools lite

[edit] @jonsakid have a look at these external usb dvd drives, quite cheap as well

As long as you have your information from you nwncdkey.ini, it doesn't matter what set you use, yours or someone elses. All your key codes are in that one file, even the expansions. So just find and save that file, install and use what ever keys your friends have and then replace the file created with your own.

After that, make a copy of the entire install as it doesn't require any registry keys to play. Just put the folder on your drive and launch the nwn.exe or the nwnmain.exe and you will be good to go.
