Lifthrasil: All right. Austrobogulator took the torch to light the way to the next round (have fun with the game), but the next one is not Arx Fatalis (great game too btw.), but ...
And it couldn't be... it wasn't on the 50% discounted list, right?

Nice giveaway, btw... ;p

Oh, right. I think I glossed over the bracketed part =|

But, seriously, did we find out why Arx Fatalis didn't get a discount?
Now im seriously confused, what do the names next to the key names(George Washington...)?Are they the "advisors"you are talking about?
Do these relate to the previous ones? I mean do I have to guess those in order to guess the last?

Not even a clue...

Yes. Those are the advisers. And if you think about them, each corresponds to a characteristic number (OK, there are several possible numbers, but take the one that has four digits and is the most characteristic one).

You do have to guess how to use the "words of wisdom" to find the fragments. Yes. So the very first riddle is still part of the puzzle.
The second riddle however (about the order of the sequence for Torchlight) is moot now and doesn't need to be solved any more. It has been done with and the fragments are in the correct order. So as soon as you decode them (with the keys that the advisers hold), you can just connect them in the same order as the "words of wisdom."

Well I'm having trouble even figuring out the words of wisdom :D... Probably I'm overcomplicating it...

Might well be. Read the hint by kkreo on page one. It probably isn't as complicated as you think. :-)
I know what to search for but how do i shift them, especcialy the letters?
I'm pretty sure there must be numbers in it, and I've tried searching in different ways ... I've even read the whole wiki entries.. but I still have no clue :D
Yah, this one is beyond me too. I think I'm close, I'm 99% sure I got the shifting down but its those 4 words of wisdom from each that I'm not using properly.

That is something the advisers can tell you. As I said, each of them is connected to a four-digit number. That is your key. And as I said, if you reach the 'end of the line' for one of the letters, it wraps around from Z to A again (or vice versa. Depending on which direction you choose in the alphabet). Same for the numbers, that wrap around from 9 to 0 or vice versa.

Once you found the fragments, you don't need the words of wisdom any more.

For the decoding you only need the keys from the advisers.

Oops. One more hint to make a necessary clarification: all the digits are shifted in the same direction. So either all are shifted upwards or all are shifted downwards. Otherwise (if each single digit had two directions to go) the number of combinations would be 4096, and that would be a bit too much.

Only, not all digits are shifted by the same number of steps of course. That's what you need the keys for. :-)

I'm actually curious about this!
