So this is not exactly new, the driver's been out for 3 weeks now. But I haven't seen a topic here discussing it, and the particular bit about screen scaling makes it a very interesting option for old games on nvidia cards.
Basically it finally introduces a proper fix for scaling to resolutions other than your native one. That means when playing a 4:3 game on a 16:9 or a 16:10 monitor you can now set it to scale to fit the screen while maintaining its original resolution, and it will add black bars to the sides.
If you're a nvidia owner, and you can't find a mod or fix to add widescreen resolutions to your game, this is worth checking out.
