While the name is a Joke, he is wanting to make a space sim that capture the mood of Firefly (the tv show/movie).

So I would say he actually IS working on a space game, but this name is just the april Fools part.

That's pretty cool, but I'd still prefer it if he made the parody game.

It'd have been like the Spaceballs of video games.
