I have started this to see if anyone else has had the same problem as me, if so please add a post in the hope that GOG learns something.

Twice I have sent E-Mails to the suport people and have gotten NO reply.

It would seem that the supot has vanished.

Support does not work on weekends.

That, plus Easter. ;)

they will get to you in the week mate. maybe not monday but the only way they will respond over the weekend is if they are working from home or are for some reason in the office.

Bear in mind GOG is a very small company (staff wise) compared with most other digital distibutors

More concern to me is that we're losing letters! Soon the suot team will be nothing more than a sot. At which point the so team will be nearly unable to function, simply an 's' floating around the site.

Maybe I should have mentioned that I sent the E-Mails the during the week before easter, but from the posts here it would seem that there is often a long delay in responces. and please no jokes about my typing I know that I make mistakes sometimes, eather in missing a letter or hitting the wrong key. That and teribble spelling lol.

You can make up for it by using AL CAS

That's absurd, everybody knows that moose are the best for support.

Moose are very capable, but can tend to lose their temper and threaten to 'shove their rack up your @r$e' with annoying customers.
