I have a visa gift card from christmas and was just wondering if that could be used to buy games? I dont think it will since there is no cardholder name, but just thought Id ask. Thanks

Hi -

If your visa gift card can be used for international and/or internet purchases then it should work without a problem. However, many such cards are limited to physical POS (point of sale), but you can definitely try. As for the cardholder name, just input your name there - visa will recognize that this is a gift card and as long as it aproves the sale your GOG.com checkout will complete successfully :)

I have a problem to where my card doesn't let me buy stuff from companies from other countries, like gog. I would greatly appreciated if someone can tell what debit cards/prepaid cards would let me buy stuff internationally, and please be specific. I tried using a visa vanilla card and also a master card that I had to register through green dot. I'd really like to know before the sell ends. I really want to get never winter nights 2. Thanks:)

You can try using your card through the paypal option, you don't have to create a paypal account to use that method. Just opt to not save your information with paypal and it should go through.

how exactly would i do that? i tried adding funds to my account with my old visa. It said the money was transferred but it said i had no money in my account. can someone tell me what cards might work and please dont just say the company name. The cards i already tried were the visa vanilla card and also the master card that i had to register through the green dot site. im located in California if that matters.
