Impressions so far:

-sound and music are typically awesome indie fare

-graphics are cool as well, although predictably "ooh, look at us! We're retro!"

-gameplay is simple. Very Diablo-like, but with more shooting than slashing. Will probably be fun for a little while, but I don'i imagine I'll become obsessed with it.

-not sure there's much here to distinguish it from other games, apart from the perma-death. I was hoping to find a hard-as-nails deeply complex Roguelike, but it seems to be more like a Diablo-meets-Runescape-meets-Smash TV sort of game.
It's okay for an hour here or there but it's fairly repetitive and amounts to little more than a grind a la Spiral Knights.
I've tried it via the website in a browser and it runs fine. Played twice with the guest account (Wizard Drac) and managed to get to Level 16 before I got killed in some mad swarm as I journeyed south and the enemies got tougher. However, there really didn't seem much to it other than running and shooting (all weapons shoot, even swords, they just have short range). Not sure if I'll do much more with it really, but it was a fun couple of hours anyway.
Looks like Diablo meets Lego
It's my favorite game to play when I go to visit my parents and can only use my Dad's cheap computer. It's not a new release, it's just new to Steam. The game has been out for some time now and runs in a browser. It's zany fun that you don't have to think about too hard.
I think I'm gonna be addicted to this.
awesome little game.Im addicted :). How do u link via the web browser? Doesnt seem to connect for me, but works fine via steam for some odd reason?

Vestin: actually a decent number of people here willing to join it ;P.
I'd join it ;)
Btw. is there a way to change class without dying?

You can buy slots for more concurrent characters... with "real" money. Otherwise - you're stuck with what you have until it dies.
It sounds fair to me - the game's F2P and only gets revenue from such conveniences as additional slots and vault chests plus the usual character primping ;P.

Only way is to buy another char slot for 600 gold. But i have no idea how to get some more gold? Only by real money?

edit: ah, zninžován.

Ah, thanks!
Pity though, having to suicide after reaching Level 20 sounds a bit cruel, if you would prefer to play a Cleric rather than a Magician.

Oh, I'd have considered a micro transaction, but 5 USD is kind if a bit harsh, when that's the average Humble Bundle price and buys me a GOG (on sale ;))
I can understand that the micro transaction model won't work well for them though due to the high fees, so... well, I'm torn!
