Absolutely great game. Own it already (does it still work under Vista?... Have to check that this afternoon). I can highly recommend it to every role playing fan.

some of the mods and modules (like addon maps/quests etc) were awesome.

Excellent news.
We're talking about one of the greatest RPGs ever made. It easily rivals any of other famous RPGs that people would love to see here, including all those Infinity Engine games.

Nah, I'm done with my exams, so no work for me :-).
I've heard many good things about this already, but I'll check out your thread, too. However, I'm waiting a bit with the purchase; right now, I'm glad I can even type this, the site is so slow (go figure...), I hope it'll be back to a near-normal state in a couple of hours. Then, I'll grab my copy of Arcanum.

and no... a lot of game hungry users trying to post and download the new game makes the gog servers cry hard! i'll be setting mine off later on. hopefully they ll have recovered a bit by then :)

One of my favorite RPGs from the early aughts. Cannot wait to get this...Outside of the infinity engine games this was one I've been wanting to get one here.
