yea hi am new just got a game but must u b on gog site to play it or can u just play it offline so u don't sign in to gog ? thanks for any answers because reason for asking wen try to play game it keeps going to loading page?

You have to be online to download a game, not to play it. You can always play a game from GOG without an internet connection, but you will have to get the game to your home first.

That installer can be moved around and executed freely offline and none of the games on GOG require you to be online or register an account anywhere else (except for online multiplayer in a few cases).
