Hey, just to let you know, we are tweaking the searching engine in the wishlist, and some duplicates might have slipped through, as we were doing this, but we will fish them out and consolidate into one position.
Also our search engine should work better now, and find all results, even if there are typos or differences in spelling.

Sweet Jesus, freakin GoG comes out with a new feature unexpectedly and by that evening it's a well sharpened stick, ready to pop out the eyes of any unsuspecting idiot with a love for all games made within the past ten seconds and with no respect to the shoulders those game stand upon.
Congrats again GOG team, theres alot of sites on the net that could learn a thing or 2 from you lot :D
I'll repeat my point. List ALL the games in vote order - 20 to a page - and ypu automatically see the Top 20 on the first page, but have more of an urge tolook atpage 2 then page 3...... You're also invited to search more - to see where 'your game' is in the 'charts'.
In effect though, it has to be said, that at least half of these games are never going to be re-released on GOG or anywhere else. All the licensed titles for a start, from Star Wars to Star Trek to Indiana Jones, these games don't really exist as games to be released by anyone. They are marketing vehicles really, for the movies/TV shows they were released with.
That leaves many great games though; so I look forward to a long associaiton woth GOG! Just don't get your hopes up too high, especially, paradoxically, for the games that have the highest votes!
A "Recently Voted" list would probably bring more attention to titles that are not LucasArts adventure games. :P
Here are my thoughts on the list.
First, a few things that NEED to be said:
There 2 Motocross Madness 2's listed on the cool Wish List
The original Red Alert is free, and can be downloaded of EA's C&C website.
All the HalfLife games, or any game Valve have made, I would be amazed to get on here, considering all of there games are now tied in to STEAM. If you don't know what it is, look it up. And it is good and cheep of there anyway!
Zelda. Well, as far as I know they never made a Zelda game for PC.......
SPORE only came out THIS YEAR!!!!!! Although, it would be good to have it DRM free.
Ground Control can is also free.
There are 2 Gothic 2's in the list.
Original C&C is free.
Now for Comments:
So, with a few free games on the list, maybe GOG should have a Free Games section??
I think is is rather good. Could be improved, such as stops multiples of games going in the list. That would be good..... Easy voting system, but could have a 'click here to vote' some were, as I thought it meant that it was #1 on the list so many min ago.
All in all, a very good system. WELL DONE!
Another great feature, quickly improved as well...
Very impressive.
i'd like to suggest that you request more information thaa just the name of games (at least publisher or developper), because however knowledgeable you may be, i doubt you've heard of every game that's ever gotten published on the PC, and it seems your wishlist will ultimately contain just that.
A feature to suggest removing from the list those games that don't have a snowball's chance in hell of being found here would be nice too. (like the original Colonization, at least not right after Firaxis publishes a remake lol, or very recent games like Crysis and Mass Effect.)
Gears of War 2 *slaps forehaed*
Some people don't get the purpose of this site :(
lol, Fallout is on the "wishlist"!
was thinking the same thing my self there is far too many games that are nether old nor good :P

Kombat: Gears of War 2 *slaps forehaed*

And there is the fact that GoW2 is not even coming to PC........
Did not see the option anywhere, but is it possible to sort the list alphabetically?

Let's hand out the single-most-unreasonable-wish-pick award ;)
I would recommend that you make every page list games in a 2 column format. This would cut the page count in half with little effort without decreasing the size of the icons.
I would also suggest that you make a tab at the top to see the highest rated games.
Also, it would be nice to have multiple page numbers at the bottom and not just the pointer to the next page.
Finally, as I mentioned on page 1 please allow for Alphabetical sorting.
Thank you

I was just about to suggest a limitless sorting option for number of votes. It's hard for games that have like 20 votes to gain any more when they're at page 40 and hardly anyone is looking for them specificly.
