Yes, but those are US prices, no? Like, I was looking into the Alienware x51, since when I went to their site it said $699 - then I wen't to the NZ site and it was $1500... I don't have anywhere near that much to spend...
And remember, this isn't for high end gaming and stuff, so it doesn't need to be the latest and greatest...
I have found a retailer that can sell me a IBM IntelliStation M Pro 9229, comes with OS and DVD drive with 2gb memory, and PCI-E so I can throw my GeForce 9500gt into it.
The CPU is E6600, same lithography as the video card.
Is it a good buy for $299 NZD?
EDIT: Comes with XP installed and a licence too.
