Indeed - that's what the Toshiba NB550d which I mentioned earlier has; I think the CPU in question is called the Fusion C-50. Its clock speed is lower than comparably priced Atoms but because of the integrated graphics it actually performs a lot better in most circumstances. Unfortunately, just as such CPUs were starting to hit their stride, it seemed to be decreed from on high that netbooks were dying and they were discontinued.
Someone mentioned that the AMD CPUs give lower batter life, but tests on the NB550d compared with the equivalent Atom model found that battery life was only marginally shorter and still very good by netbooks standards, and in my experience it is indeed fine.
And yes, I agree with whoever said to upgrade from 1GB to 2GB RAM; for a netbook you should be able to do this for about £10, and it's worth it.
