Hey everyone i have had limited access to computers with gaming ability for awhile now and picked up a netbook {yay me/i know shoulda gone for a laptop lol}. but i mainly wanted it for some old school gaming and have found actually surprisingly alot of games work on here. well i was wondering if the community wanted to help me put together a list of GOG's that will work on netbook's as they have less umph then laptops.

here is what i know work so far
Enclave-works surprisingly well, not much lag on full settings
Outcast-runs and plays beautifully
fallout 1/2 - no problems runs smooth and no cut scene lag
Freedom Force vs. the 3rd Reich -alittle bit of lag but that's with max settings
Neverwinter Nights: Diamond - runs smoothly on lowest setings but large battles will cause a bit of lag nothing unplayable though
Might and Magic 1-6 - 2 will not start but 1,3,4,5 and 6 all run flawlessly

thats what i have gotten right now and im running them on a Acer aspire one netbook with windows 7 starter

i hope this will be helpful and hope the list will grow as other netbook users and myself add to the list :)

oh cool i did a search but dident see that post :D you sir deserve a hug :D
If you're primarily using your netbook as a portable games platform then I'd recommend sacrificing windows 7 for windows xp (look up a guide first as you have to modify an xp iso to install to SATA hard drives) you should see a performance boost to a lot of games.
sadly its not really for portable it was mainly affordable lol. my computer before this was an 8 year old laptop shoved into a desktop case like some kinda mad Frankenstein project lol but yea i may have to look at that but isent alot of the games here support for win 7 geting better? the only game so far i notice lag with is neverwinter
One (a few!) I saw missing from the big list Stuff linked to, were the Infinity Engine games, namely

- Baldur's Gate 1 & 2
- Icewind Dale 1 & 2
- Planescape Torment

I have tested these fine on my Samsung N130 netbook, even got them showing on my 24" TV which couples up as the 2nd monitor for when I watch streamed TV :)
