Does anyone know where i can find curse of monkey island.... i REALLLLY want to play it again... i think i would pretty much pay anything :)

... it ment to say... cant find them.. hah!

Amazon or Ebay might have some copies floating around. It isn't available digitally (yet) as far as I can tell.

But will it run on windows 8 if i buy it online??? thats the big question... and i cant see Black and white 1 anywhere either! :(

Amazon has it, but it's expensive. It will probably not run smoothly on windows 8.

http://scummvm.org/compatibility/ ScummVM runs the old LucasArts games on XP or later, as well as Mac and Linux. The compatibility is listed as good. That would probably be the option used by Steam or GOG to release it anyway.

As for Black and White, it's also an Amazon/Ebay find. Some have reported issues with it on 7/8 but I ran it sucessfully on Windows 7.

I would also recommend ScummVM. I never had any trouble with running Curse of the Monkey Island in ScummVM on my desktop or on my Android-tablet.

For old DOS games that aren't on GOG, you can get them from abandonware sites if you don't mind working DOSBOX yourself .
