Populous: The Beginning. As if controlling the powers of nature wasn't enough, the whole goal of the game is becoming a god. If that ain't pure megalomania...

Oh yeah, also Fable. As long as you're playing as the good guy all the NPCs will satisfy any megalomaniac's needs. Heck, you can even spend hours "ha haaaa!"-ing at your own awesomeness and will never stop receiving applause. :P

Great choice but in Black & White you START as a god AND you have a pet whatever you can send around to do your dirty work. I personally just like dangling people over the temple and watching my stats increase as I shake them around. Muhahahaha!

The Destroy All Humans series for the PS2 are great games, you play as an alien trying to conquer the world >:)

the first one is available on GOG.

BTW, when i want to feel powerful i play Tropico Reloaded or lesser so Tropico 3.
