Does anyone remember this beautiful racing game from 1998?

Excellent graphics for its time, with Direct 3D / 3DFX support...and an amazing soundtrack!

Ah, I remember that. Good times. Unfortunately, aside from the ZOMFG 3DFX factor, the game just wasn't very good as a racer.
