Its retail and called The Ultima Collection. It contains Akalabeth through VIII and they are all DosBoxed and ready to play on install. A very nice package.

Mine is a US version (ESRB rating and all), and the missing Black Isle notepad aside, there's the color game CDs in a Collector's Edition-labeled 4-CD jewel case, a bonus CD in a paper sleeve, a spiral-bound manual that's oddly even smaller than another BGII spiral-bound manual I read once (which was roughly the size of one of those large PC game boxes), a quick reference guide, a US$10 Icewind Dale rebate form, some ad printouts for other Black Isle games (Planescape: Torment and Fallout 2) as well as some Creative stuff, an Interplay troubleshooting guide, and yes, a cloth map.
But there's no T-shirt, and I don't recall other US Collector's Editions having a T-shirt either.

The only old games i have still intact is quake fully boxed and duke nukem atomic edition fully boxed. The rest are all scratched in a pile in the attic.

That's my case, too. I'd say I treasure the whole of my collection, overall.

Tonight I just added Linux v. 1.0 for the Playstation 2 to my collection. It's not my most personally treasured item, but it probably is my most rare and valuable item.

I don't really have anything too rare but well, it's a toss between the Gabriel Knight Mysteries box, "The LucasArts Archives Vol. II: The Star Wars Collection" box, and the pretty US big box of Deus Ex.

I have "The LucasArts Archives Vol. III" box... Which is among my most beloved possessions... Includes The Dark Forces, The Dig, Monkey Island Madness (the nice edition where MI1 has icons, MI2 is included and there is a demo of MI3), Full Throttle, Afterlife and LucasArts Super Sampler 2.

Mine's not a game box or anything... mine's merchandise.

I found it in a Half-Price Books for $10. Knowing that it sells for much more than that on e-Bay and having never seen it before in person, I picked it up. It was one of those deals where you have to hide your expression and suppress you excitement because you don't want the seller to figure out how much it is worth.

Aaatami, TO (NTSC-NA) goes for @$100 on ebay give or take $10. Just shell out the money if you're interested. I'm assuming you'll get banged out for shipping too, but it won't be that bad to the UK (or are you APO/FPO?). I'm assuming you have NTSC capability since I'm pretty sure TO wasn't released PAL.
If you're a Strat-RPG buff, it's worth it. There's always at least a dozen copies up. IMO, that's not very rare, just pricey. The difference between that and most games is the only people who bought it know what it is and kept it, so you're not going to get a sweetheart deal. People know what they have when it comes to those kinds of games - they don't appeal to casual gamer types.
Ever play Hoshigami and Stella Deus? Maybe you have. If you haven't. Similar to the FFT/OB games. Hoshigami was a tad too hard for my taste, but SD was pretty good. SD is still extremely cheap for a niche game. Mixed reviews, so watch a gameplay video first. I really liked it. Reminded me of FFT.

Nameless you have Steel Battalion? Oh, goodness, someone's a hardcore mech fan. Not my cup of tea, but if you're into that kind of thing, that controller was outlandish.

Stuff I'd love to get are a boxed EU Mr. Gimmick and a copy of Radiant Silvergun.
