Wing Commander IV and Journeyman Project 3 were recently re-released.
I know what you mean though. I liked this site being focused exclusively on old games. It had a different feel to it.

NO MORE OLD GAMES DAMMIT! I have such a huge backlog of old games already (both on retail CDs and GOG) that I can never move to new games in my lifetime, if they keep releasing more!

I think you'll need about 2 lifetimes minimum to complete all the good old games...and remember "new" old games are coming in as we speak.

This is actually one of the reasons I am not excited about almost every new game that's coming.
I haven't played so many GREAT classics yet, I'd have great entertaiment with them to the rest ofmy days. I don't care about graphics, only about pure fun. And older games, with few exceptions, guarantee me more fun than any new games now.

Stop doing that to me :( I can't afford more games right now, I can't find the time for more games right now, and I really want Original War.
Oh well, when Grimrock is released, I'm sure I'll have something that temporarily takes my mind off Original war.
I really don't mind the move towards a few more indie titles. Many indies have a similar feel and target a similar niche as the games released on GOG. As long as we get a steady stream of good old games as well, I'm happy.
Also, in regards to newer titles, Dark Star one was roughly the same age when it was released here (or even a bit younger?) as Assassins Creed.
