I think he (as well as I) has stopped responding to his unqualified and pretentious bullcrap. We have better things to do, like playing awesome games. :-)
That is not patent trolling but industry standard. You develop something, you patent it. The question if you want to use it, license it or sell it is a completely different one.

It's not sure in any way that this terrific concept will ever be used in reality - that's true. Patents are just a way of making a claim, maintaining a possibility to do a certain thing, because otherwise somebody else might patent it.
But the mere fact that they consider that actions patentable shows that they consider doing a 1984. I find it disgusting. Spying on people in their own houses.
