timppu: So if I got that news right, they were first complaining how some gun control legislation will cost jobs in and revenues in gun companies (which is like complaining that actions to curb drugs will cut drug dealers' revenues), and then moved on to blame video games for school shootings?
Sounds like a red herring to me. That professor or whatever sounded quite reasonable, and I agree pretty much what with he said. Ie. sure some control may be needed for media and games, like I don't wish to see the most violent movies or anal pr0n being sold to kids.
And the guns (esp. assault rifles and such) are not the reason for school shootings (the fact that some youngster got crazy was), but they are tools that enable much more victims.
