I have no earthly clue what kind of giveaway to do, so I'm going to ask a simple history question, the first person to PM me the correct answer will get the game.

In the early 20th century, a naval battle occurred between two major sea powers, but the end result was tactically inconclusive.

I don't know if this might be too vague because I would like it to be a challenge. I will keep monitoring for a while if no one gets it I will start posting clues.

And I apologize in advance, I suck at giveaways.
