I'm 100% with you, this is fantastic. But I highly recommend actually going to the support tab and contacting them directly through that tool to get a hold of them there. There really aren't any moderators on here, and those who do work on the forum on here are usually pretty busy, actually working and not trolling the forums (although they do popup every now and then with some very useful information).
