If you are into Jump and Run mixed with Action elements, here are the top 3 of GoG:
3.Prince of Persia
2.Beyond Good and Evil
1.Psychonauts
Hmm tough call, comparing other games to Deus Ex's style.
On GOG, there's Fallout 1 and 2.
And I would point out Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines and System Shock 2, but those aren't here, yet.
There is a game similar to Deus Ex, but it is not a FPS.
It is called Paradise Cracked, but I don't think it is available anywhere online.
Vampire The Masquerade - Redemption which is available here, has similarities to Deus Ex, it is FPS, it has RPG elements, a dark and not very happy world, etc. It's probably the closest first person view game to Deus Ex.

Since when is Vampire The Masquerade - Redemption an FPS?? It doesn't even have a First Person view?!?!?
RPG's - Divine Divinity, Sacred Gold, Arcanum, Fallout 1/2, Gothic II Gold, Beyond Divinity
Shooters - Painkiller Black, Unreal 2004, Unreal GOTY, Duke Nukem 3D, BloodRayne 1/2

RELAX! I made a mistake with the freaking name. I meant to say Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines

Mulky: I'm currently playing Deus Ex, if anyone knows of any game on GOG that comes close to it, that would be aces. I'm also kind of thinking maybe an RTS, as I haven't played a quality one of those in years.

What aspect(s) of Deus Ex do you like most? If we know that, maybe we can advise you something more suited for your needs.
Also, in the RTS department, what do you have in mind? A wargame, a business simulator, or something else?

JudasIscariot: I would recommend another game close to my heart in this spot, but I think the forum regulars already know what it is and I do think they get a wee bit tired of prosyletizing about it all day, every day. Just ask them about JudasIscariot's game ...they'll know what you mean :D.

OK, I'll say this for you ;-).
You mihgt wish to try The Guild. It's a "life/dynasty simulator" set in the late Medieval Europe. It's a very addictive, albeit (at times) annoyingly buggy, game.

Delixe: There is nothing really like Deus Ex on GOG because nothing is really like Deus Ex.

What a shame.
Cheers for all the recommendations! After trying out a few demos and watching some youtube videos, I decided to go with Heros of Might and Magic III as I don't already own anything quite like it and I've yet to see a bad review, everyone seems to absolutely adore the game.
I also went for Die By The Sword (but it was a close call between it and Dangerous Waters, which reminds me a hell of a lot of Carrier Command.). I couldn't get the demo working right (hopefully the full game will be fine) but from what I've seen, this game looks like total ass to be honest, and yet, so many people seem to love it, even after all these years. I've just got to try it for myself to see what this game got so right to make it endure for so long.

You'll find that most of the people here are a lot more tolerant of dated graphics.
DbtS is still loved because it has a really fun combat system. Basically, your mouse is your sword-arm.
The only game I've found close to Deus Ex is Thief I & II, as they both First-Person games that are not really designed to be shooters, and you have to really think. System Shock II (the most requested game on GOG!) is apparently close to Deus Ex in mixing first-person and role-play with a twisting storyline, but I've never played it so this is on hear-say.
Unfortunately GOG don't sell either of them, but they'd sell like hot cakes if they did. Thief is easy to buy, System Shock II nigh-on-impossible, but both are hard work to get working on modern OS's - the Dark Engine only likes single-core CPU's and nVidia drivers are problematic at best, so much so that the main way we fans get it working is via a fan-made DirectX 6 emulator :)

Try DbTS Xtended for DbTS. Spruces up the game nicely, imho.

I sincerely apologize for yelling. Long day at work yesterday.

as people have said nothing like Deus EX
but you mentioned RTS
Stronghold is an interesting Castle centric RTS (either defending or attacking)
I felt it was "diferent" than the C&C clones (although it has similarities)
if you are looking for a C&C clone then there is the Earth RTS series here which i also like and i think most people here think 2150 is the best one.
EDIT: whoops! i see that you chose something already
