I am looking for a game like heroes of might and magic , but i couldnt find it anywhere .

when you started the game you could hear a womans voice saying " Welcome to heroes of might and magic "

no ..don't think im an idiot... i specified that when the game opens you hear a voice of a woman that says 'Welcome to heroes of might and magic ' . it's only in this game specificaly

nope , it's something like this but not quite like this one

So it refers to itself as Heroes of Might and Magic, but it isn't one of the 6 HoMM games or Chronicles? Anyone know what's left after that?

i remembered something just now : you could choose heroes or something like that but with elemental powers like earth , fire etc.. and when u clicked them there was a voice that said what type of element power the champion had ...

I'd guess it's Lords of Magic, available here at GOG. The announcer voice is male but all of the rest fits in.
