Looking for a game I played ages ago, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it. It was a city builder type game, only you're building heaven and hell. You had to add buildings for the various souls, all based off of the seven deadly sins and the seven virtues.

I'm hoping somebody remembers, because this is driving me nuts.
