Ok, so recently we we're looking for Bio Menace, and that made me remember that my friend from Slovenia was looking for a game. So i've showed her Bio Menace, and i was surprised to hear that it was quite similar, but no cigar.
Basically it was a scrolling shooter, which resembled Bio Menace, because it also had a street level with cars. But it had NO aliens. The protagonist was shooting cop like guys in black or dark blue uniforms [?]. The bodies were kickable and probably made a sound. The protagonist was able to climb buildings and when he fell, a text would appear in the upper part of the screen saying "Ow!".
It's not Alien Carnage. ;P
Nor is it classic Duke 2d, Dangerous Dave, Commander Keen, and a sh..load of other games i've showed her. I guess it might be some forgotten shareware title, or maybe i'm missing an obvious game here;P
Please note, that since my contact with the person interested in the title is mostly via mail/irc it may take me a while to check the answers.
Thank You for Your help!:)

The arcade sequences of "Rise of the Dragon"?
http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/rise-of-the-dragon/screenshots/gameShotId,7169/
So the girl claims it's none of those.
She also said:
"With the second one, Rise of the Dragon, close, but better graphics and no controls underneath."
I just remembered, that when she first described the game to me, she did mention some barrels with waste, so i was hoping that RotD would be it.
Keep 'em coming!:)
[Edit] How to undo solution? I chose the wrong place to catch the browsers focus. Sorry;([/edit]

Lol, Ralackk even gets all the accidental rep points.
I think one of the gog staff can probably undo the solution if you contact them.
Am, at users at gog, right? Will do, thanks, and sorry, for the mess.;P
I'm still looking for the game, so any leads are welcome!:)
[edit] I've used the site's "built in" Contact Us, hope it's the right place. [/edit]

Can get them from the support link at the top of the page, then just contact us. Does your friend remember anything else at all, anything about what the actual protaganist looks like?

That's what i did.
Well, i'll mail her and molest for more details.;P
I remember she's mentioned a city landscape, those cops, cop cars, Bio Menace really rang the bell there. But the bodies we're kickable in her game,
Also, the radioactive barrels were scattered around.
I'll post/edit as soon as i get more info.;)
