Just a compilation release of Phantasmagoria 1 & 2... I should probably remove it from the list...
maybe you could expand the list on top with games having more than 150 or 200 votes :)
The Mechwarrior games did not use "Stolen Content". The first, and only the first, did include the "Unseen" Mech designs. These Mech designs were, basically, liscensed from one company early on in FASA's life, who then turned out not the have the rights to license them( or something like that, the Robotech/Macross rights have been a legal nightmare).
As for the latest designs in the upcoming Mechwarrior, Harmony Gold sent out some letters to sites about the trailer even though they have lost all rights to Macross with the single exception of continuing to sell the original Robotech series. Even if the design was too close (which from what I've read, it shouldn't have been), they did not have the rights to the mech designs anymore, so it wasn't they're business. Apparently they're known for ignoring anything that disagrees with what they believe to be true, though.
Also, I am desperately hoping we get all the infocom classics on here, I have been wanting those for ages.

So, which games do you suggest I add to the list then? MechWarrior 2+exp?
And yeah, I want to see the old Infocom titles added too... Although I can never remember my Infocom from Infogrames... But Zork would be nice, and I'm guessing a lot of people like us exists out there...

Well unfortunately, they probably still should remain off, because I believe all rights to Mechwarrior are now owned by Smith and Tinker, probably, or Microsoft, possibly, as Microsoft bought out FASA Interactive. I just wanted to clear up the "Stolen Content" comment.
Hopefully we will see Interstate '76 up there some day, with the original disks it is a daunting task getting it to work with Windows 7.

Duffadash: I find it interesting that the users of gog.com is more interested in the MechWarrior games, than Diablo 1, StarCraft, Sierra's old adventure games and Infocom's text adventures...

How do you know that? Based on that vote list? *Laughs*

Well, MechWarrior 2 i currently at 838 votes, StarCraft is at 652 votes, the highest voted Zork game (Grand Inquisitor) is at 223 votes and the highest voted Quest collection (King's Quest Collection) is at 495 votes. I think that paints a pretty nice picture of the situation.

An explanation for that may be that most people who _want_ Starcraft already have it. So they decide to not vote for a game they have.
Unfortunately you may as well scrub all the Star Trek games from the list as Activision no longer have the licence Atari do and we all know what a can of worms that is (*cough* Planescape: Torment *cough* Interplay).

Kingoftherings: And it could also be explained by people not believing they could actually get Blizzard to make an agreement with gog.com, but that doesn't change the fact that it effectively shows how interested people are in the game. And of course they're less interested if they own it already.
Also, this still doesn't address why Zork scores so low...

Really? They even got the rights to the older games?

Very much hoping for NOLF, didn't realize that was Activision for some reason so thanks for pointing it out.
I suspect the other 2 Gabriel Knight games are a given, but who knows.
The Star Trek stuff would be awesome for a Trekker like me but I suspect license issues will keep those from ever being rereleased.

Well, that looked like the case for Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project as well, but that turned out nicely...

I dont see Forsaken on the list, wasnt that a Activision game?
Never mind, it was acclaim...
