This looks useless and painful. I also seriously doubt the keys have a sufficient depression response which is crucial for accurate touch typing.
If you don't know how to touch type, get a book and learn to do so; it's easier than you might think, and the faster you can type the more time you can spend napping on the job. ;)

I could swear the time in that picture is 10:14 and not 10:15. (Unleass it's just a really poor image and the rightmost bottom LED is in fact lit although it appears off to me >_>)

Nah its definitely on, you can see the glow it casts on the PCB face. Its probably just an angle thing
