PMIK: Well brother, that's what we're here for. A community of sad lonely people playing our dying games together. Makes us know that we aren't as lonely as we think.

I'm sure more than a few people here would read a well written review of a classic game. I would.

jefequeso: Well, I woud love to provide them...in fact, I've got a huge backlog of reviews that I wrote just because I really wanted to. But I'm not necessarily convinced that many people would actually read them.

I might set up a blog for them if enough people want, though.
But how do you know if people will read them unless you post them?

And who cares if many people will read them or not, especially since you've already written them. I mean, no one is going to sit there flipping through one review after another but if they are available they will be read.

I know I've looked for good reviews of some of the GOG games prior to purchasing them and not really finding much.

You definitely should. If you post it, people will come. I actually have a part time job reviewing new games now because I started sharing my writing around on a tiny personal blog. It's a really satisfying way to feel productive and useful about playing games.

Go for it, dude. My aunt made me set up a blog and I've been using it to review stuff. Certainly your reviews can't be worse than mine! :D

Maybe we should have a list of all GOG members blogs, especially if gaming related.
