Requesting games on GOG is kind of redundant unless you're a publisher, since it takes a deal and some money and a contract and whatnot and there's very little we as customers can do.
As for finding your game, it'll be tough. If you played it on the Xbox, then I guess the most obvious solution would be to dust off the Xbox and turn your house upside down looking for your disc, or try eBay or somesuch.
There are certainly no digital copies of it (yet), but who knows? That might change later on. I'm not sure if it was ever released on PC, but if it was, there's probably a copy floating around somewhere. Again, try eBay.
Until you find a copy, you might want to satisfy your cravings by checking GOG to see if they have any games you might remember from a few years ago :P
