Does this mean that now we can finally get Silent Storm? I was just thinking a few days ago about how awesome that would be on GOG, and now that JoWood is offering their games, why not Silent Storm? I don't know what this Alien Nation and The Guild crap is and I don't care, BRING ON SILENT STORM.
it's just gog getting a new pubisher on side and a big one too
I would like to see Cold Zero on here....it was like a one man Jagged Alliance without the turn-based combat....

It's up to publishers (JoWood in this case). I'm sure GOG.com would be more than happy to offer the game in their catalogue (I'd buy it sooner or later if it was offered (especially if it came with sentinels expansion), not at once as I already have enough games I've not played thru yet :p)
besides the games that are out and coming soon and gothic 3 plus expansion what other games do jowood have?

thanks for the link
ww3 black gold looks interesting
Silent Storm would be cool. Also, the Industry Giant games are pretty good (kind of Transport Tycoon-ish). And King of the Road... very nifty truck game. Also worth noting that JoWooD owns Dreamcatcher (& The Adventure Company).
The only think I worry about is if they are going to overprice their content. Judging by the $9.99 price on Panzer Elite, I kind of fear they will.
Hmm, my experience with JoWood is that they make okay, but rather buggy games. Also, lots of their games sold long after Windows XP came out were, when push came to shove, not actually Windows XP compatible. Hopefully GOG can whip the games into shape before they are released.
i heard how buggy gothic 3 was and even more buggier the expansion was. will gog do a spot of bug hunting ?
Some of their games weren't that bad...Neighbours from Hell was very stable and ran smooth like butter. Cold Zero was fecking awesomeness in a can......

Doubtful, that is well beyond what GOG does, which is simply make sure the games can install and run on a modern OS. With Gothic 3, there really shouldn't be much to do in that respect, since it was released on XP.
Wow this is a fantastic supprise. Jowood has a stack of great games i am already saving for gothic 2 spellforce alien nations. Thanks gog and Jowood

Huh? JoWood wasn't involved in Sam and Max, were they? I thought that was an Atari/Telltale project.
EDIT - NVM, apparently JoWood is the international distributor of the game.
