What happens to games offered when a publisher such as JoWood closes? I mean, Spellforce Platinum for example, is offered on GOG and I was hoping to get Spellforce 2 Platinum from GOG if they ever released it after getting the publisher's okay. Now that is near impossible unless since they are closing down without being bought out, could GOG go ahead and purchase the rights to it from the developer? Any information is much appreciated.
