I just noticed some of my old unique Humble URLs aren't working anymore, they just open the general Humble Bundle homepage instead of showing me the games I bought. To clarify, I didn't link the bundle pages to a Humble account, I just bought them with my e-mail address and bookmarked the unique URLs. But up until now they used to work, and part of them still do, e.g. the numbered bundles, but not so, for example, the Humble Frozen Synapse, Humble Voxatron or Humble Introversion bundles. Did anyone else experience this, too?

(I've already written to Humble support, but since I know from experience it can take quite a while until they reply, I thought I'd ask others here if they've noticed something similar, or if they were able to reclaim any lost/dysfunctional links.)

Which bundles or games url's don't work ? To be sure I well understand you, You have bundles links which are currently down when you click on their links from your email address, correct ?

I haven't noticed anything, but that has to be a recent change (or mistake). I recently caved in and made an account to link my purchases to, but the Humble Introversion Bundle did work just before, and it still works by itself (though, of course I need to log in to see it, because the page has been claimed - I don't get sent to the main page though, but simply get a message "This page is claimed" unless I'm logged in).

You accidentally hid the url of the downloads page. Now how am I supposed to ... ah wait it was intentional.

Not that forgetting to hide it would do you much good, I believe. I prefer to err on the side of caution though.

Never mind, I managed to solve the problem. While the HIB3, HIB4, Voxatron, Frozen Synapse and Introversion links just opened the Humble homepage, another bundle also opened a window saying "bad key" and offered to send me a list of all my Humble links to my e-mail address. It included working links to all of the above, and to be on the safe side I've created an account now and linked all my Humble games to it.

It wasn't just me using wrong links though, they definitely worked before and they were the same ones Humble had sent to me at the time. They were also all very old bundles, so maybe the issue was related to that. They must have changed some links recently.

Hmm, weird, my Introversion bundle still has the same key I got back when I bought it in November 2011.

Had the same problem. Turns out, the old urls were http-links, the new ones https. So inserting the missing s resolved the issue.

My links for the Frozen Synapse and the Introversion bundle still work just fine. Try again, perhaps it was only a temporary glitch.
