Depends on browser you're using. In Firefox it's tools - settings - content.

There's no Java on the hacked page anyway and besides, even the Javascript is so butched up that it won't work on anything besides MSIE.
I've seen this guys "work" before and he's really quite harmless. An annoying script kiddie, yes; but not dangerous. And quite frankly, I prefer such a harmless script kiddie taking control of my servers than someone with really bad intentions. Because if that kind gets access to your servers, they won't tell you in advance.
