Oh, fair enough. I've always found it to be slightly more reliable than browser downloads.

Ah, that would make sense. Let's hope for some awesome new releases next week then, when everyone at GDC learned about this hip new indie webshop. ;)
Important update:

They've now altered their policy. They do allow DRM, but it's listed on the game's page just above the buy button. For example: http://www.indievania.com/games/unepic

I think it's now "DRM-free unless stated otherwise".
