Dosent interest me and the way they are going about it seems wrong.
I am waiting for the inevitable Bundle of Bundles.

And so far they've raised... *drumroll* Five dollars!
It just started 10 minutes ago so five dollars is not bad, I think!
At the risk of being absolutely slaughtered by a tough crowd, I thought I'd create an account just to defend the bundle and my game, Caveman Craig: SE, which is included.

It sounds like the bundle is simply not for you guys. We've had a very positive response on Reddit, and you can see that we've now raised about $500, not 8 hours after launch.

Yes, we've borrowed some ideas from other successful projects. It's pretty normal for people to re-use what has been successful in the past. In fact we'd be stupid not to. And yes, to some degree it is just "another bundle". But bundles are great, aren't they?

We'd also be stupid not to do 'something' different, so the twist in this bundle is in the cause. These are not our latest and greatest works - these are the underdog games that are far more than meets the eye. My game, Caveman Craig: SE, is approaching 4 years old, now. Our latest and greatest games are coming, and the funds raised from this bundle are going into developing them. In my case, my new game is already out but I need the funds to port it to other platforms. You can see the trailer here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJuEvgFBIZo.

I still think these games are fantastic and addictive, and so far nobody who has bought the bundle has expressed that they don't think the same. $5 is definitely worth it. My game alone is $4.99 US outside of the bundle and nobody was unsatisfied with the game after buying it as far as I am aware.

@jamyskis, I think you will be pleasantly surprised by Caveman Craig: SE. Give it a chance! :)

Alright Rhys, I've decided to chuck in $25, mainly to support the development of the newer titles.

I'm not sure we're a tough crowd, but of the countless bundles that have been released over the past year or so, very few - most certainly not those from unknown brands - have actually been worth the while. You'll surely understand the scepticism.

I'll certainly give Caveman Craig a gander as soon as I can find the download links...

Edit: Found 'em.

Thank you! With the $25 contribution I think you get the pre-order of all the other games.. and as Caveman craig 2 is already out you'll get that early, too. I think. I'll talk to Joe =]

Maybe not a tough crowd, just a surprise when comparing with the other networks we've been promoting the bundle at.

Your game looks cool, I just bought the bundle mainly for it, and look forward to trying it out when I get home from work.

The skepticism isn't about the bundle itself, it's about bundles in general. There are simply too many of them which consist of one or two games you want, and a bunch of others you'll never play, as is the case with this bundle. Yes, your game might usually go for $4.99, but if it's the only game in the bundle I end up playing, then $5 isn't exactly a super special deal.
It's like superhero movies, a few were cool to get but now it's ridiculous.
I was probably going to pass but then I saw one of the upcoming games is a roguelike. My weakness!
I think the campaign video promo deserves a special mention. One of the best ones I have seen among the bundle trailers. When you think of the recent promo of the Indie Face Kick Bundle (it's simply annoying), Indie Underdog Pack's video shines as a creative and enjoyable one.

EDIT: I updated the first post with the link of the official page of the bundle. When I started the topic, it wasn't online yet.

Have any of you tried getting your games on Desura? Some people may be more willing to get bundles if they can be activated on a common client (Steam, Desura, GOG, or what have you) for later download, instead of having to keep track of dozens of different download sites.
I appreciate you coming here and defending your corner, but I think you'd have done better to offer these games as a free bundle in order to gain publicity rather than a paid bundle to gain funding. In my opinion, they're simply not worth $5 dollars.

Come on, man, that's the price of a pint at the pub. Maybe you wouldn't play all of them but you wouldn't really enjoy one for at least 30 minutes?
