PenutBrittle: Not everyone gets included in a bundle. It's good for the devs included, not so much if you're not. A lot of people don't buy indie games anymore just in case they wind up in a bundle one day. I can definitely see how it would hurt a dev who isn't in the indie bundle circle.
Wonderful for those lucky enough to make it into a bundle, not so much if you aren't.
So what?
Not every baker sold his bread. Is this a bad thing? No.
It appears that bundles are the best option for selling indie games. Period.
Cause if i see an indie game made in RPG maker being sold for 20$ I'm just amused.
Not every game is good enough to be sold. It's natural. Bundles are not harming them, they just show them the truth.
And since Internet came, nobody's forcing anybody from launching it's own bundle.
Just because somebody made some game it doesn't mean he will get ANY profit from it. Most likely the game isn't good enough. Lot's of indie games sold pretty well without any bundles.
It's just like saying "making game sales is bad for developers who are not included in the sale, because nobody buys their games during the sale" C'mon.
