I paid for the Bronze Star. Digital Eel needs more money.
Odd, another bundle where only the extra soundtrack interests me.

Thumbs and rep up ;)
I hope that whoever gets it manages to enjoy the game without the plenty a DLC ;)
Almost tried to activate it on Steam... but it doesnt interest me that much so better leave it to someone else. Rep up anyway !
The Digital Eel games are definitely the stars of this bundle, and easily worth the asking price.

To anyone skipping this because they think that Dungeon Defenders is the main selling point, you are doing yourselves a considerable disservice. This is really a Digital Eel bundle with some bonus extras; not the other way around.

Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space is the big one -- a coffee-break game of galactic exploration that you can play over and over for weeks or even months on end. Explore the galaxy in as little as 15 minutes (on the small settings), encounter strange aliens and artifacts, trade for better equipment, hire friendly ships, battle enemy fleets, and return home in time for your just rewards. Each and every game is a new randomly generated experience that could be your most dismal failure, or your most glorious success!

The other two are arcade games that really reward you getting into that 'zen' state of gaming, where you become one with everything that is happening on screen.

Brainpipe is a simple but beautifully-formed first-person "avoid-em-up", with superbly unique visuals, excellent audio, and remarkably addictive gameplay which starts out relaxing, but really cranks up the intensity as you go.

DataJammers: FastForward is also largely about avoiding danger, but adds in some offensive measures, and is more a game about managing an almost overwhelming number of factors in order to top the high-score tables -- paying attention to the track both near and far so that you can position yourself to get points and collect power-ups, while avoiding incoming attacks from an ever-expanding variety of enemies, and shunting them into the path of danger. It's my least-favourite of the three, but a fine inclusion to a bundle which has already provided excellent value for money.

Plus you get Digital Eel music in the form of "VooDoo Interface" and "Temporal Logic Grid Blues", and one of their freeware games (they have released other freeware as well).

If you haven't bought Weird Worlds yet, this is by far the cheapest I've ever seen it, and you get some really great additions into the bargain.

Really now? Did nobody grab that yet? Or, what is more likely and rather sad, grab it without even bothering enough to say thank you? :(
God.Another IR bundle. And i have the main game Dungeon Defenders via cheapo Amazon sale a while back....
All those titles look crap.

But that bundle on GamersGate a while back was quite good, Kenshi (although only at the earliest stages of development) is great fun, and so is Devil Whiskey.

These titles just look like more weird/stupid platformers with ugly art.

SirPrimalform: From what I've heard it does have an offline single player mode, it's just not balanced well for single player.

Luisfius: It is not balanced at all for multiplayer either. Doesn't stop it from being very fun with friends.
Well, I've played it for a bit (single player), and it's definitely true that it's not well balanced. In fact it's downright evil, even on easy setting.

Also, would I be correct in assuming that this was originally developed as a console title, and then ported to PC afterwards? The controls certainly feel that way, and much of the interface suffers from what I'd call bugs if I'd developed it, but might be caused by a sloppy conversion of the control scheme from a controller to a mouse.

I just gave Weird Worlds a chance, and that is absolutely the main attraction of the bundle. Dungeon Defenders might be nice (I don't know, I have not played it), but if the bundle contained only Weird Worlds, it would have been worth it.

Frankly I don't even know what you're looking at, because there not only isn't a single platformer in this bundle, but there's only one game that even looks like it could be one.

Your loss, anyhow, because a couple of the games are awesome.

Are we looking at the same bundle?
Weird worlds looks like fun, but it seems to be the type of game you'd play in short bursts. If that's the case, I'd rather have it on my iPad.

The rest of the bundle just looks blah to me. I think I'll give this a miss.
