shadesofdeath320: Dammit. Didn't get my download page link. Now I have to contact support and wait to play games. I want to procrastinate homework now not later!!!
I also haven't got my link, but I used an e-mail address with which I've already bought two bundles earlier, so I already have my profile link. Maybe that's the case with you, too? If so, check the e-mail from an earlier bundle.
That said, even *if* you already have a profile page, you'd do well to contact support.
Erm... could anyone (AFnord, or if someone else has played it, that's cool too) point me out how can I play the first tutorial for East India Company?
Under Tutorials, only the second and third ones are listed. While I do have played the demo, it was a looong time ago and I can't remember some aspects of the game (such as the port view, aspects of companies or anything about trade goods), which I recall were explained in the first tutorial.
Does anybody know if I can add more to my initial purchase and unlock the BTA games, or do I need to start a fresh purchase? I can't find the info anywhere on the IG site.

Well, there's an option which says "Love your bundle? Show support by donating more!" on the profile page, and I guess if you add enough money you'll be able to get the BTA package, but I'm not sure.
Hah, the average is still $5.78. They're not even bothering to pretend it's a real average!

lol, they cant fool me.

I know they adjust the price based on their sales figures and time remaining, lol.

However, on the website, I also don't see them explicitly mentioning it's an 'average' amount... It says in the middle "Pay more than $5.78 and get these too!" and in the Secret Bonuses section "For everyone who pays more than $5.78 secret bonuses will be unlocked in the second week!".
So, if they do state it is an average amount, it's not that visible.

The truth - the average is all in the buyers mind ;)

You're right, it's not immediately obvious but they do state it:
Total payments: $39022.48
Purchases #:
7583
Average Purchase: ( Happy Gifts not taken into account ) $5.78
Top Contribution:
$65.0
Top Contributor:

Just a point but its not that surprising that the Average doesn't move all that much. It's a very low value and with the large number of games added plus the mystery ones I suspect the vast majority of people are just paying the "stated average" to get in.

But there have been at least 10 contributors who've paid $25 or more. I'm sorry but that goes no way to explaining how the average has stayed on $5.78 exactly for the entire time the bundle has been up.

EDIT: In fact, given that there are payments much higher than $5.78, paying exactly the average should be causing it to fall. Stupid me, I have all of the numbers I need to calculate the average right there on the page. Currently it should be $5.146821113597473, which could be reasonably rounded up to $5.15.

what if the price can only go up, i.e, when the price then fall below the max below average price it do not rise again until it goes above the previous below average price.

It will explain why it is standing still now. At the beginning people bought above average and pulled it up, now they are buying below and the price stand still. As long as the average do not get over $5.78 again... if it makes any sense...

While that makes sense, it's still not how averages work. At the very best they're ignorant, otherwise they're just being disingenuous.

hmmm, but then they do not really say "beat the average", just "pay more then $... and get [...]". Beat the average is just implied because of other and previous bundles....

SirPrimalform: snip
By the way, they must have heard you, it is $5.15 now.
