I am having some problems with my account on indiebundle.com, I've contacted support but no reply so far, does anyone have NightSky_20111123_1820.zip, it's displayed on my account but when I try to download it, it just says error.

Not so sure you should have posted that here.. technically that would be considered piracy.. even if you do own the game on your account. But, who knows?

Well, maybe not piracy.. but definitely not something that seems right to me.. I would wait for a response from somebody at HumbleBundle.

id wait for support to get back to you, like YellowAries said that could be considered piracy which tends to be taken pretty seriously around here, dont be surprised if you find your post negative repped fast

I can confirm that both HIB4 NightSky downloads are working for me right now, so whatever's happening for you isn't affecting everyone. I'm sure staff will get back to you (they are usually quite quick there). In the meantime you could try changing the download type to "Torrent" if you don't want to wait for help before you can download. Don't worry - torrents provided by Humble Indie Bundle are perfectly legal.

Hmm, mysterious. I loaded both the normal and HD version torrents and both had lots of seeders...

What kind of error do you get when you try the normal download?

Hi, all I get is "error", nothing else, I have the torrent up, but I'm stuck at one seeder now who isn't seeding, my other torrents are fine.

Between Firefox's new DL and my anti-virus, I now sometimes get an error for some downloads but when I check, the files are actually there. And occasionally, I have to refresh and then it works fine. Have you checked to see if it actually did download? I know this sounds ridiculously simple - and I am not, in any way, implying something negative - just that I had one of those D'oh moments recently so it's just my own personal experience ;-)

Can you post a screenshot of the error message? I'm trying to work out what kind of error it is.

Hi, I've had a look in the downloads folder, but it's empty.

If you have no problem downloading other stuff from them, then the problem is likely on their end. Otherwise, trying another browser is all I can suggest.
